Participants of the “Future Staff for the Regions” initiative launched online learning on a digital platform
As part of the third stage of the strategic initiative “Future Staff for the Regions”, more than 1000 teenagers from 7 pilot regions of the Russian Federation began to study individual educational programs on the digital platform “Mobile E-Education”. On October 8, the official start of the educational phase of the initiative in digital format was given, Boris Solovyov, head of the ASI “Social Projects” direction said.
He noted that the guys will undergo a diagnosis of the level of formation of “skills of the 21st century” on the digital platform “Mobile e-education”. Taking into account the results obtained, an individual educational program consisting of the invariant and variable parts will be created for each. Online courses on the development of universal competencies (leadership, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, presentation skills) will be required to study. Additionally, children will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the technology of project management, to master a number of advanced school subjects.
Alexander Kondakov, General Director of “Mobile E-education” LLC, believes that it is necessary to make the learning process interesting and exciting, without overloading the already busy schoolchildren. “The digital educational platform is an ecosystem of the“ Personnel of the Future for the Regions ”initiative in which all its participants live, study, create projects, solve their tasks, build communications,” Alexander Kondakov said.
On the platform for participants of the initiative meetings with famous people of Russia will be also organized who have reached professional heights and are ready to share their recipes - how to be useful for their family, region, and country.
As previously reported, at the 3rd stage of the initiative, adolescents under the leadership of tutors and mentors started the practical implementation of socially significant team projects that they developed during the governor’s schools. Participants of the initiative have already visited the leading enterprises of their regions, met with representatives of professional communities. Among the topics discussed are issues related to the introduction of innovations and breakthrough technologies in local production. For children, it is important that their projects find application in the real conditions of the socio-economic development of regions.
“Participation in the initiative is an excellent opportunity for teenagers not only to get acquainted with the production potential of their region, with its capabilities, resources, it is also an opportunity for self-realization and design of their professional development,” Anastasia Zyryanova, deputy director of the ASI “Social Projects” direction, said.
