The Kruzhok movement of the National Technology Initiative (NTI), the Skolkovo Foundation, and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) are planning to launch a Mentor Exchange for children's, adult, and youth technology projects and clubs. The platform will start working by late 2019 as part of the Mentors Academy project. This was told to the asi.ru editors by the press service of the NTI Kruzhok movement.

"The exchange will speed up and facilitate the traineeship and job search process. The service will be synchronized with the Leader-ID system and the digital talent management platform," the press service of the NTI Kruzhok movement noted.

The open platform can be used by employers to post requests for trainee mentors and job offers, as well as by mentors to access the information on job vacancies.

"Everyone interested will be able to create and supplement their digital images with achievement portfolios, and education centers, Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity, clubs, higher educational institutions, Kvantoriums, etc. will be able to post job vacancies. The service will pick from the portfolio base the most suitable job candidates for employers, and mentors will be able to search job vacancies upon request," materials of the NTI Kruzhok movement say.

The pilot launch of the service for posting traineeships and job vacancies for mentors was in autumn 2019. The Academy's employees received requests for mentors from partnership organizations and education projects, registered job vacancies, posted them on the project website, and spread the information in the mentor community.

First traineeships were held in multiple formats: online evaluation of entrepreneurial projects of the Preactum Cup Practices of the Future, participation in a three-month educational intensive course of University 20.35 for student teams of the Novgorod State University, work with youth projects of the Open University Innovator's Navigator and Idea Generation Laboratory.
